First, this is an obvious "poor loser" move by Gov. Kaine & the Democrats! They should leave this issue for the new legislature & governor to propose & debate!

Expanding benefits to same sex relationships is a clear violation of the marriage amendment passed by Virginia voters just three years ago!. It is obvious that the Governor & Democrat party have no intention to abide by that amendment.

Such an expansion of benefits, despite claims by Gov. Kaine & other proponents, has to increase the cost of health insurance for the state and consequently, the taxpayer. Anyone with common sense can figure that out!

Just say NO to this blatant attempt to force socialism onto Virginians!
