This is really going too far!!!!!!!!   Health Care Benefits for state employees to include SAME-SEX PARTNERS or ANYONE living in a house with a state worker?????             This is a clear violation of the marriage amendment passed by the voters of Virginia just three years ago, that covers only spouses and children!!!       Attempts at expanding this beyond marriage makes any and all relationships, HETERO or HOMOSEXUAL, equal to marriage, thereby undermining that foundational institution!!!!                 The proposal to expand health care benefits beyond marriage is a clear violation of The Constitution of Virginia and such an expansion of benefits, despite claims by proponents, has to increase the cost of health insurance for the state and consequently THE TAXPAYER!!!!!                As VOTERS and TAXPAYERS of Virginia,  we are against this proposal and believe it would destroy the Foundational Institution OF FAMILY!!!
