I urge you to abandon the proposal to expand health care benefits *beyond marriage*, which is a violation of the Constitution of Virginia. Such an expansion of benefits, despite claims by proponents, will inevitably increase the cost of health insurance for the state and consequently, the taxpayer.

There is no need to be feel ashamed about recognizing the difference between men and women that sets a marriage apart from homosexual relationships. Nature discriminates, and that's not immoral.
