To extend health care benefits to unrelated persons living in the same dwelling is against the constitution when it has been passed by vote to not give it to homosexual partners or "live togethers". By this standard you could give the benefits to a whole boarding house or dorm because they live in the same location. Insanity.  It will raise the costs of health care for the state and for us the taxpayers.  Bad idea. 

This should be killed before it is put into action.
