Dear Governor Kaine,  I am in opposition of your proposal to expand health care  benefits beyond  marriage  because it would be a clear violation of the Constitution of Virginia.  Also, such an expansion of benefits certainly would increase the cost of health insurance for the state and consequently , the taxpayer.
