Tim Kaine was never elected to be our dictator. In taking the oath as governor he is bound to uphold the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The proposal to expand health care benefits beyond marriage is a clear violation of the Constitution of Virginia.

Tim Kaine was never elected to clear the way for us to be taxed in violation of the Constitution of Virginia. This unconstitutional expansion of benefits, despite claims by proponents, will lead to increase in the cost of health insurance for the state and consequently, the taxpayers.
