Health care benefits

To include any person living in the same house on a state employee's health care benefits is utterly ridiculous.  The idea that it will not cost the taxpayers any more money is equally ludicrous.  Families are distinct units consisting of parents and children, always has been and should still be.  Even here there is an age limit to a child being on the parents' policy.  This regulation opens up numerous opportunities for abuse, and when has any government regulation not cost the taxpayer???  I am sick of hard working citizens being taxed to pay for all sorts of bureaucratic ideas.  This is just the latest crazy idea.  And it may very well be unconstitutional due to the Amendment to Virginia's Constitution defining marriage as between one man and one woman.  You don't just go around putting roommates and distant relatives on your health policy.  This is a terrible idea and should be rejected at the outset.
