How dare you Governor continue to go against the people that voted into office!  You are out of touch sir and that is why YOU were voted OUT this past November. We oppose Governor Kaine’s proposal of him doing anything that is harmful to the people of Virginia, and this "care benefits" is harmful.  

1. The proposal to expand health care benefits beyond marriage is a clear violation of the Constitution of Virginia.  We the people voted for this for good reasons.
2. Such an expansion of benefits, despite claims by proponents, has to increase the cost of health insurance for the state and consequently, the taxpayer. We are already overspending and now the Governor wants us to pay for this Bridge he is burning before leaving office?
