I am absolutely not in favor of this expansion of state benefits.  It is beyond my comprehension how one should qualify for state benefits by merely moving in and living with somebody who does?  There has to be sanity mixed in with the "populism" Mr. Kaine.  Your party is leaving this round for a reason; it's time for change.
