It amazes me that regardless of what the will of the people may be, politicians tend to ignore their constituents wishes.  Governor Kaine is now proposing to expand health benefits to state employess which is in clear violation of the Constitution of Virginia.  Why do you think Virginians went to the polls and voted for the Marriage Amendment if some politician(s) can override our vote??  Do you guys think that we are not watching what goes on in Richmond??  Additionally, who is going to pay for the added cost of covering these new enrollees?  I have a suggestion.....how about sending the bill to our politicans....maybe they can cover these people with their own money and not ask us to do so.  I STRONGLY urge you NOT to do this and it is my hope that Governor-elect McDonnell will not accept this foolishness....if he does than he will be breaking his promises to the people of Virginia.
