1. Your proposal to expand healthcare to people or persons unmarried and residing in a home of a Virginia resident is a clear violation of the Virginia Constitution.
2. This proposal will increase the need for state money and this need will ultimately be passed on to the Tax Payer.
I do not support this action and request you cease any further attempt to pass such a measure.
