I oppose Gov. Kaine's proposal for expansion of health care in Virginia. Including individuals outside of marriage is against the Virginia Constitution, and it HAS to raise the cost of health care to the state which we CANOT AFFORD!
Let's focus on putting people back to work!!!!!!!
