Looks like the liberal idiots are out in full force on this topic. This is one of the most stupid things I've seen. It should be noted that (1) this is unconstitutional, and (2) will be an additional burden on the backs of all taxpayers, despite claims to the contrary. It appears that Tim Kaine simply wants to dump this absurdity on Bob McDonnell; it's just what the Democrats are all about.
