Governor Kaine's proposal to expand health care beyond the bounds of the Marriage Amendment, passed 3 years ago, shows he knows his time is short and his willingness to violate the Constitution of Virginia.  Is he really willing to do that? 

Knowing what we know about the healthcare scenarios of certain subsets of lifestyle choices, this is guaranteed to the cost of health insurance for the state and will put the burden on the backs of the taxpayer.  This cannot happen!
