For folks afraid of what this will do to their taxes, it is my understanding that 100% of the benefit will be paid for by the employee. I left VA over 5 years ago to live someplace that doesn’t stand in the way of folks trying to provide for their families. I now pay income taxes and property taxes elsewhere and as a consumer the majority of my income is spent where I live.
