It's about time Virginia enters the 21st Century in terms of fair and equitable support for its state employees, just as the majority of Fortune 500 employers already do as a simple measure to recruit and retain the best and the brightest.  This proposal is just one tiny step in that direction which will cost other taxpayers absolutely nothing (covered employees will pay 100% of the cost of their own premiums).  Let's make this common-sense proposal a reality.
