This is long overdue for Virginia! The best way for the commonwealth to remain competitive in the nation is to allow access to health care benefits for ALL citizens. All of our state employees, including those in state-run healthcare facilities, colleges and universities, and civil service agencies, deserve equal benefits - and those who can not get them here will go elsewhere!
