This is a horrible plan.  Unconstitutional. If the government mandates (what this really means is forced against our will) vaccines what will they force next?  America has a history of promoting personal rights and freedom. If that is taken away and we are forced to put into our physical bodies what someone else deems necessary without thought to an individuals health and beliefs, it is no longer America.
