While other vaccines with many decades of research, are mandated, there is still an allowance for a religious exemption. You can not mandate this and also claim that a minority of people are a public health risk. How can it be that we have more people vaccinated now than ever and you are not able to get a handle on this? How can it be that a "minority" of people are perpetuating this pandemic among a majority of vaccinated? 

A mandate, without exemption, violates a person's right to govern their own body.
