My body, my choice. It’s a one size fits all statement.

Mandatory vaccination is a violation of my rights as a human being. As a teacher it is absurd to me that my job might be lost over a choice about what I feel safe injecting into my body. As a mother of children who have health concerns, I am saddened and worried about what forced vaccination might do to them, and to my future grandchildren as we have no idea how this might affect future generations.

I understand that we are in a pandemic, but vaccination against Covid does not prevent one from contracting and spreading the virus. The narrative that has been shaped to make the “vaccinated” fear the “unvaccinated” is unacceptable and downright terrifying.  I strongly oppose mandating the Covid vaccine for teachers and students, and I also oppose removing religious exemptions.
