NO mask or vaccine mandate!

I am a public school employee in the state of VA. I pass out masks all day long to students who have lost, forgotten, or broken theirs. It says right on package: NOT FOR MEDICAL USE. So why are students and staff to being forced to wear them?

The vaccine mandate protects no one. It is clear vaccinated people are still becoming infected. My being vaccinated cannot protect someone else when their being vaccinated can't even protect them. In my school district a five year old can decide he wants to be identified as a girl and we have to respect 'their' pronouns; a 12-year old boy can decide he is really a girl and can immediately go on puberty blockers; a 16 year old boy can decide to he wants to be identified as a girl and gains access to the girls locker room; two people of any color, except white, can decide a school name is offensive and steps are taken to change said name; all of this in the name of respect for others yet I am not allowed to decide if a vaccination is the best choice for me. And many will shake their heads and say that is safe and FDA approved, but that is no longer the issue. The issue is that I should be able to chose what is best for ME and that decision should be respected.
