This is absolutely absurd. Not only are children less at risk from covid than they are cancer, drowning, vehicle accidents, or flu, but there are serious considerations related to fertility and myocarditis that you seem to not care to want to study very closely. There is no reason to rush this through and certainly no reason to force this on families. And to bar religious exemptions?  You should be ashamed that you think it’s fine to insist on doing something to someone else’s body to make yourself feel better or more safe. What happened to my body my choice? Or does that only apply when you get to murder another human but not anything else? Shameful!
