Please don't

We are already seeing how vaccine mandates are ravaging the healthcare system in certain states. Please do not make the same mistake by mandating/requiring school employees and students to get a vaccine. This is unethical at the surface, and simply segregating at the deepest. I am fully against this vaccine. Our bodies have immune systems, we have the opportunity to eat healthier and live active, healthy lives. If not, our population would have been wiped out by viruses centuries ago.

Requiring this would divide schools into two groups based on medical preference, causing division and peer pressure to force people to do things they don't want to do, or force them to feel as outcasts, likely increasing depression and suicide that already tears our teens apart. Not only that, but we already have crowded classrooms. What happens when we lose teachers because they simply will not agree to this coercion? Let's cram even MORE kids in a room, and see what happens. Now you're just a number because a teacher can't remember 60-80 kids names, and any sort of Standard for learning has crumbled.

The original petitioner cites "infections, possible infections due to symptoms, and mandatory quarantines" being the cause for disruption of her kid's schooling. But these are not directly resultant of "the irrational minority" that refuses to take an experimental drug to treat something our bodies were designed to fight off. These came into play when everyone lost their heads and we all agreed to the lie of "two weeks to flatten the curve", and the grabs have gotten more radical by the day.

Once upon a time, Flu season was just a norm. We got sick, stayed home, rested, drank fluids, ate chicken noodle soup, and when we felt better, got back on with our lives. Now all of a sudden, every time we cough/sneeze/breath/talk/walk, we may as well have the plague.

If we want normalcy again, than let's just get back to normalcy. If you're sick, stay home. If you're fine, do life. If you're afraid, then tell people to back up. If you have to protect yourself, then tell people. Because that's what I'm doing by commenting this - I am protecting my and my child's medical freedom to be able to do with our bodies what we want to do without the bullish peer pressurey coercive actions of a tyrannical state of being.
