Do not mandate the vaccine!

My family had covid in August.  2 adults, 6 kids ages 19-6.  I have confirmed positive covid tests for 5 out of 7 of us and all of us except the 6 year old had symptoms.  So its possible my 6 year old never got it which I find unlikely given that she was quarantined with us sick people for 26 days. The illness in ALL of my kids were no more than those of a common cold.  There is no way I would expose my kids to the risk of a new type of vaccine (mRNA) when the long term effects have not had the chance to be studied.  I am not an anti-vaxxer.  All of my children have all of their required vaccines. If your child has special medical circumstances that might warrant getting the covid vaccine, then get your child vaccinated. But there is no way logically kids should get vaccinated for symptoms that amount to that of a common cold or less.  Mandate it for teachers if you want. With People over 40 it's certainly more unpredictable how badly one will get it.  But this absolutely should not be mandated across the board without even a religious exemption (unconstitutional)
