We have seen what happens when it is left up to the public to do what is right and good.  They choose an anti-parasitic horse wormer over prevention and call it "freedom." 

Vaccinations for all workers in public school systems, healthcare & hospital systems, and other departments and agencies supported by public funding should be mandatory.
