Is this a conflict?  Seems that way to me! Was she requested to submit this to push forward this agenda because citizens don't actually want any mandates of any kind and are being extremely vocal in their opposition across the state? Why is an employee of the attorney General's Office trying to push for unconstitutional mandates? Shouldn't she know better?
