| Goals of Regulation | Virginia Code 18.2-271.2 charges the Commission on VASAP with the administration and supervision of the state system of local alcohol and safety action programs and developing and maintaining operation and performance standards for these programs. The proposal of new ASAP regulations are a necessity to achieving these goals. |
