The Board will amend 18VAC110-20-275 to clarify that a pharmacy can deliver a dispensed prescription drug order for Schedule VI controlled substances to a practitioner of the healing arts licensed by the Board of Pharmacy at a location that holds a controlled substances facility permit. |
