General Information
Action Summary The Regulation requires a person moving a regulated article from a quarantined area in Virginia to have a permit issued by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (department) or a certificate issued in accordance with a compliance agreement. Regulated articles from states where box tree moth is present are prohibited from entry into the non-regulated areas of the Commonwealth unless a certificate or permit indicating that the article is free from the box tree moth has been issued.
