| Action Summary |
The Commission proposes to amend Chapter 4VAC20-950-10, “Pertaining to Black Sea Bass”, to establish the 2025 recreational management measures for this species. The purpose of these amendments is to comply with the Interstate Fishery Management Plan for this species, which requires a payback of all landings of black sea bass during the special February recreational season. |
