This regulatory action is to update the MHSR as determined necessary by the Board of Housing and Community Development to align with updates to the Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards (MHCSS) and the Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) for continued administration of Virginia’s Manufactured Home Installation Program by DHCD. |
