| Action Summary |
The Real Estate Appraiser Board (“the Board”) proposes to amend the (i) Real Estate Appraiser Board Rules and Regulations (18VAC130-20); and (ii) Appraisal Management Company Regulations (18VAC130-30) to remove rules that mandate the mailing of documents and payments for regulants to renew licenses. These existing rules would complicate the ability of the Board to effectively administer the regulatory system when a new licensing system, currently in development, that will employ paperless application and renewal processes becomes available. |
