| Action Summary |
In accordance with Executive Directive 1 (2022), this action reduces the administrative burden and compliance costs on licensed providers by repealing or simplifying regulatory provisions that are obsolete, overly prescriptive, duplicative, or confusing. These noncontroversial amendments to the Regulations for Children's Residential Facilities (“Children’s Residential Regulations”) will provide clarity and ease of use for providers while maintaining protections for residents.
