Proposals are to (i) remove two regulations on black bass, (ii) modify regulations on coastal striped bass, (iii) modify and simplify regulations on esocids (pike, pickerel and muskellunge), (iv) clarify geographic extent of regulations on rock and Roanoke bass, and (v) remove bullheads from the table and default them to statewide non-game regulations. |
