Proposed amendments would prohibit licensing of non-riparian stationary blinds adjacent to department Wildlife Management Areas and Wildlife Conservation Sites, enabling four (4) regulation sections already prohibiting such licensing to be repealed; prohibit licensing of non-riparian stationary blinds adjacent to certain National Wildlife Refuges; eliminate the requirement that Virginia's "Special Sea Duck Area" only exists when there is a federal special sea duck season and revise the description of the "Special Sea Duck Area" to improve clarity |
