Proposed amendments would remove the access permit requirement for boating access sites, aligning the regulation with the authorizing statute in the Code of Virginia; update the date reference to the federal endangered and threated species list which was update in December 2022; remove the sickle darter and Atlantic pigtoe mussel from the state endangered and threatened species list as both have been added to the federal list |
