| Action Summary |
Regulations for Human Subject Research are being repealed under 6VAC15-26 and promulgated under 6VAC16-20 to comply with legislative changes made during the 2020 legislative session (Chapter 759) which changed the name of the Board of Corrections to the State Board of Local and Regional Jails and modified the Board's responsibilities. Regulatory authority for human subject research involving the Department of Corrections was changed from the Board to the Director of the Department of Corrections. |
