General Information
Action Summary The purpose of the proposed action is to amend and reissue the Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) general permit regulation for discharges of stormwater from industrial activity. The general permit regulation expires on June 30, 2024 and needs to be reissued so that industrial facilities with point source discharges of stormwater to surface waters from regulated industrial activities can continue to have general permit coverage.
