General Information
Action Summary This general permit regulation establishes limitations, monitoring requirements and other special conditions for point source discharges of noncontact cooling water of 50,000 gallons per day or less to surface waters in order to maintain surface water quality. This regulatory action is proposed to amend and reissue the existing general permit, which expires on March 1, 2023. A periodic/small business impact review in support of this regulation has been conducted separately.
