Action Summary The amended regulation adopts the protocol for dental hygienists employed by DBHDS practicing under remote supervision of a dentist, as prescribed by Chapter 86 of the 2019 Acts of the Assembly. Amendments also correct a Code cite and update the protocol for remote supervision of dental hygienists employed by VDH.
