Purpose of Notice: The Department of Conservation and Recreation and the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation are accepting public comment on the proposed FY26 Grant Manual. 

After reviewing public comment and making any necessary and appropriate amendments to the draft, the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation will meet on June 3, 2025 and will open the FY26 Grant Round.

Public Comment Period: The public comment period for this forum will begin April 18, 2025 and close on May 9, 2025.
