|Agency Decision||Take no action [Transmittal Sheet]|
|Agency Decision Summary||
The Board considered this petition at its September 23, 2022 meeting. The Board decided to take no action on the petition, finding that a requirement that individuals under supervision must obtain an LMSW would create a barrier to increasing the workforce, a barrier to access to services, and would add regulatory and exam burdens to supervisees.
