Agency Decision Summary

The Board decided to deny the petition because many of the emergency management requirements requested have already been adopted in a regulatory proposal following an extensive review of all Board of Dentistry regulations. That proposal has not yet been approved for publication, but includes extensive rules relating to training of staff, monitoring and emergency equipment and management.
