Agency Decision Summary |
The Board considered this petition at its March 14, 2023 meeting. The Board decided to take no action on the petition due to the recent passage of legislation entering Virginia into the ASLP Compact. The requirements of the Compact are unknown, and the Board declined to begin a regulatory process related to licensure requirements prior to the Compact determining and communicating requirements for licensure in member states. |
