The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission is accepting public comment on the proposed regulations implementing the Medical Fee Schedules and Ground Rules adopted by the Commission on June 13, 2017, which establish the maximum fees for fee scheduled medical services rendered to injured workers pursuant to the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act (Title 65.2 of the Code of Virginia). The proposed regulations may be accessed at the following website: http://www.workcomp.virginia.gov/content/medical-fee-schedule-regulations.
