Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation – Polygraph Examiners

 

Notice of Public Comment Period

 

Pursuant to Governor McDonnell’s regulatory reform initiative, the Department is conducting a review of the Department’s polygraph examiner regulations currently in place to:

 

  1. repeal regulations that are unnecessary or no longer in use; and
  2. reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens on individuals, businesses, and other regulated groups.

 

The Department invites public comment on these issues specific to the following regulation(s):
