Pursuant to § 2.2-4007.1 of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Employment Commission will review 16 VAC 5-10-10 through 16 VAC 5-80-40, the Regulations and General Rules Affecting Unemployment Compensation, to determine whether the regulations should be continued without change, amended, or repealed, consistent with stated objectives of applicable law, to minimize the economic impact of regulations on small businesses.  The deadline for public comment is 30 days from publication of this notice by the Registrar, or October 12, 2011.
