Please be advised that the following permit request has been filed with the City of Suffolk Wetlands
Board. The application will be considered at a public hearing to be held on Thursday, October 15,
2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Suffolk City Hall, 442 W. Washington Street:
SWB2026-00017, submitted by Benjamin Johnson, applicant and owner, for a
permit to construct a living shoreline at 1504 White Dogwood Trail along
Chuckatuck Creek; further identified as Tax Map 5*1.
Should you have any interest in this matter, you are urged to attend the public hearing. This is the
