Pursuant to Virginia Code § 54.1-113(C), the Virginia Board of Nursing announces its intention to vote on amended fee increases to cover revenue shortfalls. The Board will vote on a two-step fee increase regulatory action at its November 17, 2026 full Board meeting. The Board has posted a public hearing on the amendment to be held at 8:00 a.m. on October 29, 2026. The public hearing will be held in Hearing Room 4, 9960 Mayland Drive, Henrico, Virginia 23233. 

This proposed fee action will replaced the existing fee action, which will be withdrawn by the Board.
