The James City County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. in the County Government Conference Room of Building F, 101 Mounts Bay Road, James City County, Virginia.
The Wetlands Board will hear the following case:
WJPA-26-0006/: Ms. Jaclyn Wilburn, Coastal Wetlands Consulting, LLC., on behalf of Mr. Merle Powell, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the installation of breakwater, and beach nourishment on property located at 3200 Derby Lane, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 4540300009.
The applications and plans are on file and may be viewed during normal office hours in the Stormwater and Resource Protection Division, 101 Mounts Bay Road, Building E, James City County, Virginia.
